We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered - we only accept returns if your item is faulty or defective.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund accordingly.

If your item is returned - we will cover the cost of the return.

If your order has not arrived within 20 working days, you are entitled to request a full refund.

In cases where we request additional information about your return and do not receive a response within 7 days, your return request may be closed. You can contact us again to reopen it if needed.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you no longer want the item, please arrange a return after delivery.
